OLECTRO warrants each new unit to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to perform under normal use and service.

Inclusions:
OLECTRO offers a 100% replacement of product for a minimum of the first 18 Months for Power Track ,12 Months for Adapters and 3 Months for Multimedia from the date of Invoice or date of startup whichever is earlier.

The warranty includes the Service visit by Olectro authorized Service partners for the Defect, Liability period (Maximum up to product warranty period) unless and otherwise specified.

Note: Free of charge product replacement and service visit is applicable for defects limited to product manufacturing quality.

All repaired/Replaced products shall be warranted for the remaining term of the original warranty.

Exclusions:
Any defect to Product caused due to product mishandling, miswiring, Site related physical damages (product burnt/water damage etc.)
Also this warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or misapplication; has been altered or modified without the written permission from OLECTRO

OLECTRO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, INCONVENIENCE OR DAMAGE, WHETHER SPECIAL, DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER KNOWN OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO OLECTRO, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF OTHER EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY AND PERSONAL INJURY RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY, THE INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT OR UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY IN CONTRACT OR TORT. THESE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE AND USE OF THE PRODUCT. NO OTHER WARRANTIES, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE GIVEN. OLECTRO'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
